We’re often asked what songs we listen to on the road. The truth is, almost none. We have too much fun talking and laughing. But while scanning across stations somewhere in southern Alabama, we ran across this.
Our contention is that it’s the worst song ever written, recorded, or conceived of. It should never have been written. Should never have been recorded. Should never have even been conceived of. But it was the 60’s so I guess it makes sense.

That song must have come from the satanic period of the late 60s. It’s the only explanation.
I think Tiptoe Through the Tulips is about at that level. I suspect the only reason it hit the charts is the US was at war at the time and US bought those records to interrogate Viet Cong prisoners.
I recognize this as part of my childhood, but not a good part.
