Albuquerque brings back memories to Ken and Kevin

Ken and Kevin landed in their old stomping ground on Thanksgiving day. Ken flew in from Dallas and Kevin from Knoxville to the Albuquerque NM airport. New Mexico is the state where Ken and Kevin first became friends a while back.
The first stop was to pick up groceries for their traditional annual Thanksgiving feast. Things became a little tricky when the two traveled to several supermarkets, all closed for Thanksgiving. Smiths, Albertsons, WalMart, Target were all closed. Even local grocers were closed for the holidays.
Finally, a few miles west of the airport, the two journeymen found an open grocery.
El Super was packed with Thanksgiving shoppers. The atmosphere was a little different than supermarkets back home.
Not long after, Ken and Kevin sat, overlooking the Rio Grande River, enjoying their traditional Thanksgiving feast of Peanut Butter Crackers and Diet Coke while suckers in other places sweated over hot stoves, fought with family members, and counted the hours till they could head home.
