Like they are everywhere, disc golf players in British Columbia are an extremely friendly bunch. We made several new friends and threw on a course that is much different than the courses is back home.
The course in British Columbia had crazy short drives, but obstacles everywhere. We spent about 20 minutes helping two guys look for a disc, but it was a lost cause.
The holes were probably less than half the length of what we’re used to, but trees and bushes were everywhere, making shots difficult. We had to be really careful not to overshoot a drive or putt, because it would be easy to lose your disc over a steep hill or cliff. Either way, it was a fun course and we got to hear and say “eh” dozens of times.
