Ken and Kevin say “Adiós” until the next road trip, coming sooner than you think
Tuesday morning came early. A 4am alarm set the tone for Ken and Kevin’s exits from one of their best road trips to date. “Trying to compare trips,” Ken declared, “is almost impossible.”
No matter how you rate road trips, #30 was one of the best. What stood out was the incredible scenery, the wonderful people, and – most of all – the food. New Mexico is thought by many to have the best food in the Western Hemisphere, if not the world, and Ken and Kevin were not disappointed.
Whether it was breakfast at Jerry’s in Gallup NM…
Dinner at El Charo in Tucson …
or the best meal of our lives in Hatch, New Mexico…
the food was absolutely phenominal.
Whether we were seeing incredible sites…
or not so incredible sites…

our trip was, without doubt, one of our best ever.
What’s next? Who knows. But for now, a quick (5 hours for Kevin, 2 hours for Ken) trip home from the Albuquerque airport, back to our loved ones and careers, and then time to plan Road Trip XXXI.
